Join Offline movement, a top strength & conditioning coach, for a fun, energizing aerobics session. Alongside practical training for a fitter body, Iman will share body-health basics and introduce two modern modalities:
- Facial Stretch Therapy (FST)
- PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field)

Bring:
- A yoga/exercise mat

About Iman
Iman Imani brings 20+ years of athletic and coaching experience, 3 national golds and an Asian Championship bronze (Shanghai) in cycling; former conditioning coach for elite football/futsal teams including Zob Ahan and Giti Pasand (Asian Futsal Champion, Kuwait). He holds a Master’s in Physical Education and has doctoral (PhD) student experience, plus certifications in Exercise Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) from the Stretch to Win Institute (Arizona). He has volunteer clinical PT experience and research collaboration with UBC on wearable tech, and is currently the Manager & Senior Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness, West Vancouver. His approach focuses on posture, mobility, balance, and corrective exercise and in this session he’ll lead a dynamic aerobics workout, share practical body-health tips, and introduce FST and PEMF.
