Hike to Whyte Lake with an audiobook
We hiked through Whyte Lake Park all the way up to the lake, where we listened to a chapter of Date with Destiny. Surrounded by nature and the peaceful view of the water, we reflected together and shared our thoughts on what we had just heard.

Deer lake kayaking
We had such a wonderful time group kayaking on a beautiful day with a bunch of lovely people! For some, it was their very first kayaking adventure, while others were already pros. We paddled, laughed, competed just for fun, and completely relaxed—offline from everyday life and fully connected with nature.

Yoga and Meditation
On a bright summer day, under the clear blue sky and a gentle warm breeze, we practiced yoga together, followed by calming breathing exercises and meditation. The enchanting sounds of instruments that produced mesmerizing, otherworldly tones filled the air with peace and energy. Two remarkable companions, deeply immersed in their meditation, added a unique charm and inspiration to the gathering. Later, we sat together in a circle, shared tea, and listened to the beautiful voice of our fellow friend, a simple moment, yet filled with profound beauty and meaning.
